The Return/Exchange Policy for E-commerce

  • All Sales are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed for defected or wrongly shipped merchandise.
  • Within 15 Days; at current (Last Discounted) price. Please call the customer service WhatsApp +923134356735  for more details.
  • Invoice or e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
  • Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
  • Defected clothes can be exchanged or refunded at store of purchase only; at price of purchase.
  • CLEARANCE SALE and FACTORY OUTLET purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Refunds are only available for defected and wrongly shipped merchandise with all reverse logistics to be borne by the brand. Please notify your claim for defects within 15 days of purchase.
  • Credit vouchers will be issued for all refunds.
  • All merchandise can be exchanged with-in 15 days of purchase with an authorization from customer service.
